EnviroTRAZ Flooring
This beautiful flooring is suitable for kitchens and large halls, as well as for non-residential buildings. EnviroTRAZ, takes Terazzo into the world of green homes and buildings.
These floors are made from 75% recycled material, including recycled glass from bottles, mirrors and windows and recycled porcelain from toilets, sinks and bathtubs. (The other 25% is compose of binding materials.) This makes for not only eco-friendly flooring, but a beautiful, colorful, custom-designed floor with a real personal touch.
In addition, because of the recycled material and installation methods, this flooring can contribute to LEED building points! It's one of the best options for decorative flooring out there.
The product is made by EnviroGLAS, a company with green philosohpy and practice from the very beginning. I found them through reading about a green building conference. They not only make a great product for green buildings, they really seem to bring attention to detail and personality to each project they do.
