Locally-Sourced Lime Putty
American Clay just announced the launch of their new lime putty, to be added to any of their line of wall plasters, giving them a pleasing, smooth texture to the touch.
The new putty brings not only great texture, but also adds to the sustainability of the project. The lime, which typically requires expensive and energy-consuming import from abroad, is sourced domestically. This means the overall climate impact is dramatically reduced over other brands.
American Clay has been making clay products sourced in the Southwest, since 2002, and their products are produced from a combination of local-sourced material and recycled/reclaimed material. It’s exciting that they have this new lime product, making their line more complete and as green as ever.
